Booking Confirmation:
All confirmed booking shall be guaranteed with your valid credit card details.

Payment Procedures:
- Your credit card is used to guarantee the reservation and will only be charged if there is any cancellation.
- All payment by credit card will be converted into local currency using the exchange rate on the date billing. A 3.0% credit card fee will be applied for credit card payment.
- We do accept cash in Indonesian Rupiah, Euro and US Dollars according to exchange rate on the date billing
Cancellation:
- During Low Season: For confirmed bookings one night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 3 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
- During High Season: One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
Check in time:
Check in time is between 12:00 and 17:00 hrs at the confirmed date of arrival. For check in later than 17:00 hrs please inform us by phone/fax: 0363 23462 latest until 15:00 hrs of that day or by e-mail: hoteluyah@naturebali.com latest 24 hrs in advance, otherwise we cannot guarantee your booking.
